Care Plan is an optional monthly plan for routine minor website/content updates after launch. It includes up to approximately 30 minutes of minor update work per month. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features, SEO campaigns, ecommerce expansion, integrations, custom development and third-party software fees are separate.

- Submit the Add-On Request with your name, email, Project ID, requested add-on and notes.
- LACASIO checks compatibility, scope, required inputs, third-party costs and schedule impact.
- You receive the final written scope and price for review.
- Nothing is charged or started unless you approve it.
- After approval, LACASIO can send the appropriate secure Stripe payment link or invoice for that specific request.
- Production begins only after payment is verified and the request is marked Paid/Approved.
Do not include passwords, banking information, identity documents, tax information or provider-verification secrets.
Premium software and third-party costs
Paid plugins, booking platforms, premium themes, CRM subscriptions, ecommerce extensions, email platforms, payment-processing fees and other third-party subscriptions are not included in LACASIO service fees unless specifically stated in writing.
